We offer a variety of meeting rooms for hire, as well as accommodation, set in several acres of gardens which are ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Ministry Centre Facilities
Based in a nineteenth-century manor house set in beautiful grounds near the heritage coastline of South Wales, Union’s Ministry Centre is more than a college campus - we see it as our ministry’s home. It provides a base for intensive study weeks and a home for the wider Union family, as well as offering retreat packages and meeting spaces for churches and Christian organisations.
Accommodation & Catering
Our residential facilities can accommodate up to 50 people across 20 bedrooms. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.
We also have a spacious self-contained house available for sabbaticals and other short-term stays, which sleeps up to 7 people.
All bookings are self-catering. You are welcome to make use of The Courtyard Café for lunches and refreshments during opening hours, and we can provide details of options to organise your own external catering if you wish.

Several meeting rooms that each seat between 18 and 30
The Courtyard Café - seats up to 30
Rooms can be rented for full days, half days or evenings, and refreshment packages can be added to your booking.
The Courtyard Cafe
During the week, The Courtyard Café is open to the public and sells light lunches, hot & cold beverages and cakes.
Our bookshop stocks Union Publishing books and second-hand Christian books.
The Courtyard Café is also available for private hire as a meeting space on evenings and weekends.

All our guests are welcome to make use of the on-site Courtyard Café & Bookshop as well as our beautiful gardens.
We are a 15-minute drive from several Glamorgan Heritage Coast beaches and coastal paths in one direction and a shopping outlet in the other direction, and 35 minutes from Cardiff city centre, so whatever you’re looking for during your retreat, there’s plenty to do locally!

We are within easy reach of the M4 motorway, with good road links to London, Bristol and Cardiff.
Public transport: There are direct train services from London Paddington and Manchester Piccadilly train stations through to Bridgend train station, as well as from Cardiff airport, and there are also connecting train journeys to Bridgend from Bristol airport.
