Union Mission
Supporting church planting and revitalisation around the world
Union Mission fosters church multiplication through people and finances as part of the wider ministry of Union.
We work in partnership with churches, ministries, networks and individuals who share our values and core beliefs and want to partner with us more widely by accessing our theological training and resources etc.
We want to support ongoing church planting, theological training and resourcing by bringing the full Union model to our partners, and enabling them to extend their reach throughout their areas to bring the gospel to more people and raise up leaders to serve the growing Church.

“Union's financial support helps us to be able to cover many of the expenses we face in all these areas, such as buying materials needed for events and food for families in need, and allows us to support the full-time pastor of the church.”
“Funds received through Union Mission were used to train 9 church planters from Greece and the Balkans. Several other congregations were established in Athens as the churches that were planted began to plant new churches.”
“Our vision as a partnership is to plant 32 churches across Ireland in the next 30 years. Why 32? This is the number of counties in Ireland.”

Will you give to grow gospel leaders?
When you give to the Growing Gospel Leaders fund, you’re supporting not just church planting, but also training and services to train the broader church, including resources, scholarships, conferences and more.
Our students have access to financial resources for church planting, and we offer mentoring to budding pastor-theologians who will serve the church with sound theology in the next generation.
Through this strategic model, we are seeing leaders raised, churches planted and ministries flourishing around the world.
Designations of funds will be made at the discretion of the Union Missions Committee according to the current needs of our partners and students.
