Union welcomes highest ever intake of students

This academic year, Union School of Theology welcomes our highest ever intake of students.

Union School of Theology exists to raise up the next generation of leaders, pastors and preachers for Christ’s church. This year’s intake represents a significant milestone in this vision. Our prayer is that each of them will grow in Christ and go on to serve and bless local churches and communities across the world.

From Porthcawl (Wales) to Poznań (Poland), and from Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) to Atlanta (US), Union is training leaders where the gospel need is greatest. Whether they study with us on campus, in a church-based Learning Community or online, our students have access to the same rigorous theological teaching and pastoral support offered by a traditional seminary, wherever they need it.

Reflecting on our recent Union Gathering event at the start of the new academic year, President and Professor of Theology Michael Reeves said: “A highlight of my year today: welcoming our new students starting out in their studies at Union School of Theology. Please pray with me that they increasingly delight in God, grow in Christ, serve the church and bless the world.”
